We are a family owned company offering good clean well furnished holiday chalet accommodation to families who want to enjoy short breaks and longer holidays in the California Sands, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Broads area.

Ideal for the beach

Within easy walking distance of the California Sands and Scratby beaches yet just 4 miles away from the popular holiday resort of Great Yarmouth and 2 miles from Hemsby (a lovely beach walk away). Our chalets are situated at California Sands Estate and Sunbeach Holiday Village on the fabulous Norfolk coast midway between Hemsby and Caister-on-Sea. Guests can enjoy the facilities at both locations.

Plenty to do

Our prices include membership of the on site Club Oasis and the heated indoor swimming pool. (open Good Friday until end of October) You deserve a relaxing holiday, so take a look around, check the prices and book your holiday.
