We are a family owned company offering good clean well furnished holiday chalet accommodation to families who want to enjoy holidays in the California Sands, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Broads area.

Ideal for the beach

Within easy walking distance of the California Sands and Scratby beaches yet just 4 miles away from the popular holiday resort of Great Yarmouth and 2 miles from Hemsby (a lovely beach walk away). Our chalets are situated at California Sands Estate and Sunbeach Holiday Village between Scratby and California on the fabulous Norfolk coast. Guests can enjoy the facilities at both California and Sunbeach.
