The accommodation provided is a 2 bedroom chalet situated at Sunbeach Holiday Village or California Sands Estate, California Road, California, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk NR29 3QN which is capable of sleeping 6 persons.
Duvets are provided but guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Electricity is supplied by means of a £1 coin operated meter with the tarrif being
set by the site owner.
Mains water and sewerage facilities are provided to the kitchen and bathroom areas.
Hot water is provided by means of an immersion heater.
Porch area
A small paved area to the front of the property which, on Sunbeach Holiday Village
is enclosed by a low wooden fence and a latched and bolted gate. A washing line and dustbin are provided in this area.
Lounge area
Fully carpeted or with carpet tiles. Furnished with an electric fire and fire surround
or electric heater. A Radio, Colour TV and
DVD/CD Player are provided for your enjoyment. There is a Bed Settee (sleeps 2), armchair, Dining Table & Chairs and coffee tables.
Kitchen
The kitchen has fitted units and worktops. The units house the crockery, pots, pans & utensils etc. There is an electric cooker & grill, Microwave Oven, electric toaster and electric kettle.
A vacuum cleaner and electric iron & ironing board
are also provided
should you need them.
A cupboard contains the immersion heater and hot water storage tank.
Hallway
A small carpeted/carpet tiled area with coat hooks.
Bathroom
Fully tiled and complete with modern bathroom suite comprising bath, toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet and mirrors with an electric shower above the bath.
Bedrooms (2 off)
Carpeted or carpet tiled and with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. One bedroom
has a double bed and one has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have electric heaters.
